- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪WHAT A TERRIBLE PLACE ! WHAT AN ABUSIVE STAFF! the secretary is a bully. She lost my medical form 3 times. When I confronted her and asked to the dr directly she yelled and hung up. I called again and told her that I'm a quadriplegic and I really do need to see the dr but she yelled and hun up. I called 8 times and all I asked was a simple appointment but she hung up 8 times. I called after hour to talk to dr directly she said she won't let me. Later he called dr and said she and dr decided that I need to find another dr. today my mom went to see him , Dr Menzies was silent the whole time and his answer was I always take my staff side. WAY TO GO. my whole family has changed dr already. my dad's cancer result got lost 3 times, and everytime we go to Dr Menzies office he is completely useless and asks the patient what to prescribe.
