  Asked multiple times if I had to call back and folllow up -. Dr prasad told me you are in a managed programme no need / I said I would follow down again said no need You are in the system. Just go to other specialist as directed So I did as prescribed . Waited.waited left message waited Waited Finally got person on phone - They asked me if I had gone to Acupuncture etc Yes I said - but was told info was monitored by your office - No was the answer You have to follow up Ok 100% not what I was told - I repeated. Myself on original visit - but with new.computer calendar programme not difficult to Manage . No big deal.- so.can.you.arrange an.appointment No I can't you have to.get.a.referral. Started to get ticked You figure it out I exclaimed Said she would.talk to.prasad And.revert to.me. Needless to say nothing has happened - problem office people had severe attitude Over their error. - disconcerting My own doctor had same kind of interface With them when they stated he came The wrong day. He was fortunate enough to have paper appt trail . Again no back down on attitude Something is rotten in Denmark with ops
