  I booked my appointment for orthotics and they offered me the next day at noon. I asked how long would take as I need to leave by 1pm. I told her I could book another day if that was not going to be long enough. She sad no problem it will only take 15min. I arrived at 11:45, pre-paid my bill and started chatting with the receptionist. I decided to submit my invoice to my insurance on my benefits app and proceeded to tell the receptionist how easy it was to do. After 30min I started wondering when I would get in. I remained patient. At 12:30 I asked if it would be long because I had another commitment and I would be willing to reschedule. She said 5min and the appointment would be 10 so I was still good. At 12:45 she moved me to the room where I could hear the podiatrist in the next room chatting up a storm with her current client. The conversation was not winding down. I went back to the reception area, I said I am sorry but I really need to leave at 1, I told them when I booked my appointment. She looked at me and said, yah these things happen. I said is it still possible or should I come back. She went in to see the podiatrist and said 5 more minutes. I told her I will wait 5 min and if she is not out then I will have ask for a refund a leave. Dr. Gracen came out of her other room 5min later, I was happy until she went with the receptionist behind a door across from me where they whispered something, she went back with her other client and started chatting again. I put my shoes back on and went to get my money back so I could leave. The receptionist said she didn't know how to do a refund on the machine so she would give me cash. She then came back and said I only have 310 in cash so I will have to owe you 30$. I said how do you plan to get it to me and she said she would e-transfer it. Dr. Gracen came out of her room to get something, she walked passed me with her back turned to me and didn't even acknowledge that I was there. Neither one of them apologized for waisting 1hour of my time and my parking money, plus I still did not get what I went in for. If that wasn't bad enough she called me to say her bank account wouldn't send a e-transfer so she would mail a check and she asked me to confirm with her when I cancel my claim with my insurance company. I asked her why and she said to ensure I didn't collect the funds. Now, it has been a few weeks and she has been stalker calling me. I still didn't get my 30$ and her last message was threatening me that if I didn't call her that she would report that I was trying to commit a fraudulent claim. Unbelievable!!! The nerve they have. To Dr. Gracen and your staff if you are reading this, I have canceled my claim even though I don't see how it is any of your business. I have never had such bad customer service and I do hope this is a warning for others to NEVER to use your service.
