  I've been seeing Kelvin for the past 5 years. I am a person with lots of problems in my neck & back. I get dizzy all the time because of my neck issues. Each time and I mean each time, when I'm not well Kelvin not once had ask me NOT to go in. He always sees me on the same day. Yes there's a bit of a wait. But if we think about this a bit, if Kelvin never say no to those ones that really needs help. You can imagine how many people will be in the room. But when you're not well. (I mean when you're really not well). How many physio will see you on the same day. Most importantly, my pain ease off after seeing him each time. He might not able to fix it all in one visit. That's not because he's too busy. That's because my stubborn muscles will not relax and tense up. I really appreciate every bit of his efforts. For those that don't want to wait maybe they can see someone else and free up his time for people really needing help and Kelvin won't be so tired and retire earlier. Just to think about this again, if he's not that good, why are so many people still seeing him. hmmm.....

  The awesome physiotherapist, Kelvin who fixed me as a patient who spent the last 5 yrs looking for a physio and tried least 3-4 of them in town. Unlike other physio Kelvin would diagnose very carefully and gets your problem in a second because he's so experienced/talented!(Too many of u folks did) Don't freak out if the visit is less than 5 mins, you will get the most out of this guy in 5 mins other than go to some place who spends 1 hour with you(babysitting you to do exercise but not fixing the root of the problem).If you have a long time problem and no one can fix it, you should go see him right now. BEST IN TOWN! FXXK THE WAIT TIME!

  It's true, there is a lot of waiting time. I have accepted that Kelvin visits are always going to be 2 hours. But, it's so worth it. What separates Kelvin from other physiotherapists is that he is willing to hurt me (and himself) to heal me asap. As an athlete and competitive dancer, he is my secret weapon. I am constantly getting injured in new ways, and he patches me up quickly so I can get back to my sport. He's also very willing to answer questions to help me understand the big picture of how my body works (and heals). I can't sing his praises loudly enough. If you are an athlete, don't let the wait times discourage you. Kelvin is worth the wait.
