- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The staff at Amherst are amazing. My dear 19 year cat had come to the end of her life and I had to make a very difficult decision. I selected home euthanasia and needed to find a vet in Vancouver that would accommodate my request..... I came across Amherst Veterinary Hospital. The compassion and kindness that was extended towards me and my dear little Kiah far exceeded my expectations. They brought a gentle and caring attitude into my home. I thank them from the bottom of my heart. Shortly thereafter I received a personally hand written card from these two women expressing their condolences.
