  Stuart was able to get me through an extremely tough and complicated grade 3 ankle sprain – physically and mentally. His work was effective and delivered in a manner that really made me believe that I could become pain free. Of course there was work that I needed to do on my own, but the instructions he gave was clearly defined so there were no barriers for me to execute his treatment plan. The treatment room was calming, office hours are doable with a working schedule, and the one-on-one appointment made me feel well taken care of. Working in the health care field, I never hesitate to recommend my friends, family or clients to him as I know they will be in good hands. Thanks Stuart!

  I have been to Stuart both for physiotherapy and performance psychology, and found him to be extremely helpful in both instances. With Stuart's extensive experience as a physiotherapist, he was able to help me with my dance injuries, where other physiotherapists have not known where to start. This was so reassuring on a mental level, and obviously so helpful physically. He also helped me as a performance psychologist, and I found this very helpful for dealing with the anxieties I had with dance class and performing that have arisen due to my injuries. Again, since he knows the dance field so well, I felt very understood. And he gave me lots of great tools to work with going forward. Stuart is very empathetic, intuitive and knowledgeable and I definetely recommend working with him.
