  I called to make an Ultherapy Consultation with Dr Humphrey. The receptionist was rude right off the bat and as I was asking her if I could make an appointment......she cut me off mid sentence and said " I will need to put you on hold a for minute." 1, 2 minutes, 3, 4 mins and 50 secs.....Finally she's back on line and she said to me."Well Dr Humphrey isn't booking till November 2017.". ( this call was from sometime at the end of June 2017). I said that would work out perfect, since I had a few surgeries ahead of me in the coming months. Then the receptionist said, "Well that's so long to wait, how about you see Dr. "". Sorry I forgot her name. She was a newer, younger doctor. I said to the receptionist 'I don't mind waiting to so Dr Humphrey " so what days do you have in November?"" She started waffling, and saying that she didn't couldn't find Dr Humphrey appointments scheduling since it was so far in November so why don't I book you with the other doctor. I declined in a nice way saying that I've been wanting to see Dr Humphrey s for a long time and she was the only one I wanted to see. I loved all her work and felt I could trust her. From reading about her and through some of my friends that have seen her. Of course I she put me on hold again...... luckily it was less then a minute this time . When she came back on line she said "so what would you like to do?"". I said make an appointment with Dr Humphrey 's. Well apparently that wasn't going to happen so I asked if she could put me on a cancelation list and to please call me as soon as something came up. . Well it's now August 23/17 and I haven't heard back. SHOCKER!!! Very disappointed with what happened that day because like I said before, I've heard many wonderful things about the clinic and how they are there to make you look and feel beautiful and all the different treatments they have, that many clinics don't. Also I love how knowledgeable their website is and how every procedure they do is explained in great detail. That day really put a damper on Carruthers and Humphreys I was mad, upset and most of all disappointed since I was so excited to be doing a bunch of procedures with one of the best in Vancouver.Dr Humphrey ....Apparently not.....

  My wife Galina went to Dr. Humphrey to get a facial fillers. She paid a lot of money, around six grand. Dr. Humphrey job's results was totally different from my wife's expectations. This "doctor" put a wrong amount of fillers to the wrong side of the face, near the nose, making one eye look different from the other. When my wife came back to her, complaining about the results, Dr. Humphrey told her to pay more. My wife refused and Shannon Humphrey told her "that she can not make her happy anyway". This so called doctor Shannon Humphrey is rude, greedy, hypocrite and, what's the biggest problem, is absolutely unprofessional. Don't go to her, any registered nurse in the beauty clinic does the job better for less money.

  I originally went to see Dr. Carruthers for my rosacea. I was very happy with the treatment and my rosacea cleared up (medication only). The doctor did mention that I had a fair amount of sun damage and there were treatments available if I was interested. I declined. Fast forward about 6 years and I decided to have treatment for the sun spots. This time I saw Dr. Humphrey. She is super kind and helpful and once again I was happy with my treatment. I'm on a tight budget and this was always respected. I never felt pushed towards anything else but options were discussed. I highly recommend this clinic. My only criticism would be the long waits for the doctors.
