  The wait is far too long. You can waste a half a day or more here -- and the medical system is bad enough as it is. At least 2 hours wait to get into the doctors office -- and then you wait again. Better to go elsewhere. The rest of the comments online reflect a poorly run medical clinic. They need another doctor! Not just 1.

  Absolutely terrible clinic. The doctors are decent once you're in the room but the 3 times I've visited for test results they have been over 1 hour behind on appointments! First doctor used and expired testing device for my test and so I had to come get it redone, second doctor talked so loud I feared the people out on the sidewalk could hear him. Every time I call to schedule a test result appointment for later in the week the answer I get on the phone is "well you can't come TODAY!" Obviously not. Went into a LifeLabs for testing and found out they misspelt my first name, last name, street address and put the wrong birthday!! They got that information off my BC ID card so there's zero excuse for spelling errors. Absolutely incompetent and all the reception staff are quite old and technology retarded so struggle to even adapt to a simple appointment scheduling system. If you can go ANYWHERE ELSE, do that!

  Do not waste your time. They will tell you an hour wait and even with only 4 people in the office it will take 2.5 hours. Staff is untrained and unprofessional, pretty sure doctor isn't even there half the time and they just have you waiting. Go absolutely anywhere else!
