  Outside of your normal dental benefits expectations, Dr. Elaine Lam takes her work as well as her patient's comfort very seriously! I was recommended to go see Dr. Elaine Lam by my general dentist for a specialized treatment root canal of an incisor. Upon entering her office, it was very bright, warm, modern and inviting. Right from consultation through to the procedure, she was always checking to make sure I was comfortable. Even after the 1st procedure in the morning, she called me later that evening just to make sure there was no inflammation in the gums, and that I was doing okay. I've never had a dentist provide a follow up call after a procedure, and this gesture was very much appreciated. Dr. Elaine Lam is genuine and sincere, and I couldn't be happier with her professionalism and work ethic. Nicely done! :)

  I was recommended to go to Dr Elaine Lam by my dentist for some what of a complicated root canal. Firstly, her staff are very friendly and inviting. Her office is impeccably designed , clean and comfortable so that even if you are dental phobic you will feel at ease. Dr Lam is a perfectionist with state of the art equipment. The procedure was painless and flawlessly executed. She is very thorough and makes sure that her work was done to 100 per cent satisfaction. Dr Lam makes sure of this by booking subsequent appointments for follow up. In my case , I have gone back for these yearly check ups at no extra charge. From what I have heard from my dentist , she is the best of the best in this field and based on my experience (s), I have to concur.
