- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I had been trying to get over an ingrown toenail for months before researching docs to help fix it. The first doc I called told me I'd have to wait over two weeks to get it. Dismayed, I started scrolling through other docs here in town when I came across Dr. Yee, and I'm so glad I did. Not only did she get me in at 730 the next morning, but she's an incredibly down to earth, warm, and friendly person. I got to her office early in case I needed to wait in line or fill out paperwork, and she met me at the front door sharply at 7am, welcomed me in while turning lights on getting papers ready. After a few minutes of going over medical history and friendly conversation, she said she could get me fixed up right then. She went over two options with me and gave me her opinion, but I was free to choose either of them. She was calming, reassuring, and professional during the local anesthesia and procedure. After getting me bandaged up, she did the all billing paperwork herself, even gave me advice on keeping receipts for tax reasons as I'm not Canadian and unfamiliar with deductions. All in all, I'm incredibly happy with my service and would absolutely recommend anyone to her. It was incredibly refreshing to visit such a humble doctor without an army of receptionists, assistants, etc. I very much felt like she was treating me specifically instead of just another name on a list. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪After having had unsatisfactory service and results from another podiatrist, I decided to try another. I was lucky enough to find Dr. Yee here on google. Her service is quick, thorough and caring. She answered all my questions and recommended a course of action that I understood and intend to follow.
