  Really wanted to like this place but after going to their office 3 times and having to wait longer than 45 minutes each appt to be seen, I'm fed up and looking for a new dentist. They are dishonest, always quoting you one price then charging you 3 times that amount at checkout when it was never discussed in the appt that there would be more fees added on. They tried to tell me I needed more dental xrays even though they just took them last visit (within the same year) and said it was standard practice.. what? Really? I have no cavities, am young, have great teeth but they're always trying to pull a tooth that isn't bad or take xrays or add on things onto my bill that aren't necessary. I'm fed up with this place and it's bullying tactics. The office staff is extremely rude too, talking down to you and being forceful. Don't waste your money or time with these people unless you're looking to do just that

  We came for an emergency tooth removal and were blown away with how quick and easy our time there was! Dr Stefani is a master, and the support staff efficient, flexible, compassionate and reassuring. We've had some really bad experiences and were amazed how effortless this felt. Not only the time in the office but also the recovery time in the following days was nothing short of miraculous. Well be going here from here on!
