  Do not trust any good reviews here - they are family members trying to give them a boost!!! Came here in 2014 for a check up and cleaning. I had told the dentist that I had a heart condition and needed to take antibiotics before a cleaning (as per my cardiologist). She said it was fine and that it was only needed for more invasive procedures. During my cleaning I felt like the tools they used were unclean - and low and behold, I was exceptionally ill for two weeks afterward. During this time they called me repeatedly to set up a next appointment. When I felt better I came in and told them that I will never come back as I spoke to my cardiologist and was told that having such a sore throat for weeks after visit indeed means their tools were unclean and that under no circumstance should I have had a cleaning without antibiotics first. My new dentist office, Broadway Dental are exceptionally professional and have always enforced this rule in addition to seeing how differently they handle their tools and clean them - this Alter Bio Dental office now looks feels like I was getting work done in a third world country. I didn't want to make a big deal of it at the time, so I went in to pay the difference on my bill that my insurance didn't cover and told them to stop calling me. They didn't, and for years kept trying to get me to come back. Yesterday I received an invoice with a threat at the bottom that my long overdue bill will be sent to collections. First, I had paid them. Or had I? Who was the young woman who took my cc # at the front desk that day? Should I be worried? It's been three years.... where am I finding this receipt now? Convenient they waited so long if you ask me. Second, not once in three years did I ever get a call about payment (only a rebooking) or another letter. Unacceptable. I called them to talk about this and the lady still insists I didn't need antibiotics. Such shady practices if you ask me. Avoid this place at all costs - the BBB will be investigating them.

  I Went to Dr, Serg in 2007 and had my tooth done and paid him in full ( 80% insurance 20% personal) I received a phone call after 5 month from their office ,that I owe him another 300$ . i explain to them that i paid in full and have all my record fax to their office and lady in their office confirm that is ok they made mistake. in 2009 the tooth that Dr, serg implant got loss and after a few months fall off when I contact the office they said they have no garanty and i have to pay again. and finally in 2011 they put collection in my credit for 300$ . it was a nightmare dealling with this doctor and their staff i dont recommend any body go to this doctor
