  MY RUINED DENTAL HEALTH.I DO NOT CARE ABOUT PRIOR FAVOUABLE COMMENTS,MY PERSONAL EXPIERENCE DOES NOT MATCH what her fancey web page indicates.NO and NO I do not recommend this office.Very unprofessional. I received 30 per cent BONE Loss in 2 molars,bone loss in other teeth that were fine when I met her and 10 teeth that are loose now , one of the front teeth have a mobility 1 which MEANS it will eventually fall OUT,these teeth were SOLID, prior to this dentist.Plus my gums had started bleeding, in approx" 12 months going here.My gums never bleeded prior to staring with this dentist.I complained about severe senstivity for amost 1 years she allowed me to grind to the point the molar needed a filling,without a cavity and caused 10 teeth to loosen, due to grinding.?I complained several several visits plus she was cleaning my teeth and the molar crown should have alerted her to so much grinding damage. They gave me 2 xrays that did not take and never put the protect guard on me for radiation protection,office manager sitting there,dentist present,hygentist present and no one thought of protecting me from radiation,what kind of oral health care does this office provide? What kind of office makes you walk out and never advises you that the Xrays didn't take,imagine if there's a oral issue. I was charged for a filling that she never did@ $231.00 dollars,another one has been leaking for 1 year it took 3 different doctor's to say the filling is leaking,but in her mind it's not leaking,meanwhile needed a root canel all along.A patient should not have to go and get 3 different dentists to prove the filling is leaking for one whole year caused further progression in the cavity.Her prices are beyond dental fee guide and super expensive compared to other;s. Office manager Customer Service is #1 NOT YOU. I regret going to this office,with having recent issues they added things to my medical file that is untrue and never said. New hygentist Changing medical oral records with lies to please dentist, and needs attitude adjustment regarding honesty,things that were never said were added to my oral medical charts. I regret knowing this Dentist and Staff. GREED, not patient care..Even tho I provided a full specialist report, prior to starting not even respect to care after explaining all that. U R DISMISSED. as well........................No and NO I do not recommend this practice.Patient Care is #1 not $$$$$

  I had put a simple review with a bad rating, but due to the high level of unprofessional behavior I have personally experienced I could not stay quiet. Don't expect accountability when the chips are down.... you won't get that. Great rates? Nope. Privacy not really. What if you have specail needs? Perhaps reconsider. You may get smiles and a pretty office. Your call ... choose wisely
