- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I had excellent prenatal massages with Tricia Lovegrove. She was very knowledgeable about prenatal massages. She ensured that she addressed my specific concerns as well as common ailments during pregnancy. She was also very careful of avoiding certain pressure points that could trigger contractions. Tricia mostly used lighter pressure for me which was appropriate given the late stage of my pregnancy (38 & 39 weeks when I saw her), but I could sense that she would be great with deep pressure massages if that's what you're looking for. Overall, Tricia is a very skilled massage therapist with great bedside manners. I only wish I had started seeing her earlier in my pregnancy. It was also an added bonus that my midwife shares the office with Empower Health so it was very convenient to have both appointments taken care of in one trip.by Angela ChoJuly 30, 2017
