  I saw Shenise twice for my shoulder, which hurt when I swam and when I reached overhead. She gave me some exercises, with photos and descriptions which were easy to follow, and did some hands on techniques. After the first session I was able to swim longer without pain, and since the second session my shoulder seems remarkably better. Thanks Shenise !

  Our teenage son of 17, Gabriel, is a field hockey player and he was on the team that represented Canada at the U17 Pan American games of 2010. It is because of his years of playing the game at both the provincial and national level that a constant pain has developed on his lower back which has become intolerable for him around the time the 2010 Pan-Am games took place. We are most fortunate to have met Steacy Alexander, the physiotherapist for Canada's field hockey team at the Pan-American games, who assessed our son's playing posture; provided him with photographs of the same; explained to him as to why he was having the back pain and helped him correct it. The pain has disappeared and has not returned to date. Our son is now playing the game even harder but with a pain-free back and with the correct playing posture. We are most pleased to learn just recently that our son is carded as a junior member with the Canadian men's national field hockey team and it is in no small part due to Steacy's correction of his playing posture. We would like to reflect the fact that by far our son is not the only member on the team who has benefited from Steacy's most professional diagnoses and corrections. We are also most impressed of Steacy's ability to work with young adults that we, as parents, find difficult. Thank you, Steacy, you are the best! Francisca and Philip
