- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪They have a fantastic deal for students and for people who have MSP Premium Assistance. I basically maxed out my school insurance going so often. Amanda was great. She gave me a ton of exercises and helped with muscle relaxation in my back/IT band/neck etc. She would notice something about my body through assessment (for example, weak glutes and outer hips) and outlined how it might be affecting the rest of my body and it was always a crazy lightbulb moment where everything clicked. Definitely wish I could afford to have a full session each week, but the 20-30 minutes that I did get were well worth it.
