  The worst service I've ever had. For a high end motorcycle shop I would have expected more....way more. I have been riding and fixing motorcycles for 40years. I live on the Sunshine Coast and have to take a ferry to get to High Road BMW Ducati for service. My 2015 F700GS started to have a shifting problem, which was a known issue with this year and model. The selector shaft coupler can fail and affect the ability to down shift, (which was what I took it in for). Since the bike was still under warranty I brought it into them to have the issue resolved (without using their Roadside Assistance). I explained the issues, and even provided them with the part number. Three days later I was called and told the issue had been an elevated shift lever and clutch cable adjustment, which they billed me $70.00 to adjust. Needless to say, when I road tested the bike the issue had not been resolved. After persisting they agreed to "look into" the shifting issue a little more and contact BMW headquarters to see if the issue would be covered. Two weeks later and another costly ferry ride I returned to retrieve the bike. After they replaced the faulty selector shaft coupler that I recommended initially, the issue was resolved. At no time after handing me the keys to the bike did one of the service people venture out to ask if I was satisfied with the repair. It seemed that they couldn't get me out of their business fast enough. One week after my experience with High Road BMW, I received an online survey from them asking about my experience. After expressing my dissatisfaction on their survey, I did not hear another word from them. I would have been further ahead (financially, and time wise) doing the repair myself, but as the bike is still under warranty I felt obligated to take it to a certified BMW shop. I will never deal with this shop again and would definitely recommend any of my fellow BMW riders to steer clear if you want good service. I would rather load my bike onto my truck and incur the cost of taking it to Island BMW where you get proper professional service.

  This dealership is top notch! In particular, Richard Yang went above and beyond to make sure I purchased the right bike I was most comfortable with. He gave me suggestions and his advice, but was in no way pushy what-so-ever. Once I decided on a bike, the process was absolutely painless. I felt like family by the end of the whole process! Richard also went the extra miles providing after sale services, not only he helped me booking service appointments after the sale, but also invited me to a few group riding events he organized and I had fun and enjoyed!!! I would definitely recommend Richard Yang to anyone who is looking for a new or used bike. Keep it up Richard!!!
