- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Just went in and asked for a roll of quarters. They refused to sell them to me because I didn't have an account there. Really?!! Every other bank I've used has been quite willing. (I have a steady need for quarters to feed the laundry machine in my apartment.) Isn't it part of the public contract.
