We were sent here on referral from Pacific Hair Loss Wigs downtown as an external resource to simply just going to the hospital for chemo and going back home, week in, week out. It really helped my cousin break up the routine by taking support classes, food courses and other. The food courses really gave her a strong foundation in knowing how to eat properly, especially to keep her energy up throughout her chemo process. Meeting other people going through the same thing - especially in her age range - really helped her feel as if she had another family. Best of all, it's free!
