- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪So far I have been standing in line for 45 minutes waiting for a "broker" to do a vehicle transfer for me. I was told that another broker was supposed to start at 18:00, they never showed. I would go somewhere else but I need to do the vehicle transfer in order to be insured to operate the vehicle. This is not my first horrible encounter with this particular location and ordinarily I would go elsewhere however due to the time of day, I had to come here. I am only giving a one star rating because I can't give zero or negative stars for their level of service here. In fact, one guy behind the counter doesn't even know how late they stay open tonight.
