  Rob Birdsall was my main physiotherapist for injuries related to my collision in April 2016, from which I had neck, back, and shoulder soft tissue injuries. He is excellent. Michelle Kao also attended to my injuries twice She is also excellent. I always felt better after receiving treatment from them. I have fully recovered. The reception staff are friendly and efficient.

  I have been to a few physiotherapists over the years but I find Dacia's approach much more helpful and effective. Her emphasis is on one-on-one manual treatment supported by therapeutic exercises and breathing techniques. She's is very thorough and knowledgeable in her field. I've been suffering from chronic back/neck pain d/t work related injury in 1999. In the past 3-4 years I've been suffering from bilateral hip and shoulder pain but the pain has gotten worse in the past few months. The pain was so bad bad that I have to stop and rest half-way up a flight of stairs, difficulty getting up and walking after sitting and cannot lie on either side. Also, I had trouble driving d/t bilateral shoulder pain. In just one session I noticed a big difference! I was able to climb the stairs without resting or stopping. That very night I was able to lie on either side. Also after one treatment, I was able to driive with minimal shoulder pain. Dacia has been working on my chronic back/neck pain and gives me exercises to work on...the pain in general has been more bearable! I really appreciate the knowledge and details I am given at each visit. The sessions are always informative, she obviously cares for the well being of her patients that I think is such a treasure to find in any health practitioner! I highly recommend anyone to see her!
