If I could rate 0, I would. Dr. Adhami managed to be the worst doctor I have ever encountered. I went to walk-in today because I was ravaged with the flu, and I was greeted with hostility and the words, "What are you here for?". I needed a doctors note as well because I had missed a lot of class due to the flu, and he automatically assumed I wasn't sick and treated me with rudeness and distasteful judgement straight upon entering the room. I couldn't speak due to the pain in my throat so my friend described my symptoms for me, and all I saw from him was a bored disinterest. I have never seen such blatant unprofessionalism in my life. He straight up called us out for something we didn't even need. He kept asking us what we wanted, and I was confused because I wasn't supposed to be diagnosing myself, HE was. I told him that I didn't know what he thought I was there for, but I am actually sick and I need medical assistance. He somewhat relented towards the end when I said that I didn't even really need the doctors note, but that was the most horrible experience I've ever had with a doctor. Emergency room doctors are miles kinder than this man. I am never returning to see this doctor again - I don't think he should even be one. Throughout the entire visit, he wrote off all of my discomforts one by one and wouldn't address real issues referred to by my physiotherapist. He doesn't deserve to have a license in my opinion if this is how he treats patients with real issues. I should have travelled farther to any other clinic. Never this one again.

The mid 60 year old, blonde receptionist needs to find a new job. She clearly isn't capable of providing the proper service needed. I used medimap to book an online appointment so I could have a set time prior to arriving since I had to be somewhere immediately after my scheduled time. It didn't matter. I booked it, arrived 30 mins later at my schedule time and then waited another hour at the clinic. Every person coming in who said they booked online received the same comment from the receptionist "You have never been here, thats why I hate this online booking thing". I patiently waited and after nearly an hour of waiting I got up to ask her why I haven't gone in yet. People had been coming and going. All of which had been there before so they didn't need a file created. I also made a comment about the fact I had to pay for the online booking service. She could care less. She doesn't like the online booking service so she won't abide by it. She definitely thinks she is more important that anyone coming through that door. What happens is that she gets overwhelmed by new people using the online booking service. It requires her to set up a new file which takes her time to get to and once she has completed that she throws you in the back of the queue. The funny thing is that you can see the queue system on the top of the shelf unit behind her. All new patients have a full piece of paper she adds to the queue while all existing patients have a smaller slip of paper. When it is all said and done, there is no point using this service. If they are offering it, then need to abide by it. Especially when you are required to pay to use it. I wouldn't go back even if they got the service working properly.

I went to this clinic for years and have found the majority of the staff unpleasant and rude. Often waiting 30 mins to over an hours for a scheduled appointment. The only thing that kept me there was my doctor who was more then helpful, thankfully my doctor has moved and am now going to a clinic were staff is friendly.
