- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Very poor customer service. I was sitting in the waiting area for 5 minutes when an employee came back from her break. She did not even ask if I had been helped. I sat for another 5 minutes when another customer walked in and was helped immediately by that employee. I had an issue with my car insurance that I wanted to fix. 4 Months ago when I was getting my car insurance renewed, I had asked that same employee to just renew my insurance with the same coverage. Little did I know that she did not do so and she changed the terms of my coverage. I only found out when I was making an insurance claim.
