  There is a reason why this dental office offers gift cards in exchange for "reviews" from their patients. It's clearly an attempt to hide the poor service that you receive as a patient. My first cleaning at the office went well. 5/5 stars. My cleaning today was a NIGHTMARE. Sure, the dental hygienist is a temporary staff member working to cover someone else while they are away on leave. But she managed to spray water down my neck TWICE. She poked me in the lips with her sharp cleaning tool TWICE. Thank God I was wearing protective light glasses because if not she would have hit me in the EYE as well. It seems like she even forgot to rinse my mouth and offer me the suction yaunker because I had to ASK her for that otherwise I would have been forced to swallow my pooled saliva. And I made an appointment to have my teeth cleaned but I DID NOT receive any polishing or fluoride treatment. Before I moved to Olympic Village I was getting my teeth cleaned every 3 months in New West and each time I received a proper and thorough clean. The only thing that I received today was a nervous hygienist who performed scaling on my teeth while she poked me several times with her sharp tool. And to top things off, I had managed to convince my boyfriend to sign up as a new patient to the office because of their "$50 gift card referral" but the incompetent secretary at the time DID NOT make note of this anywhere EVEN WHEN I was the one who had called in to book the appointment for him. And after being told about this in person the dental office "can't offer me the gift card" because my boyfriend "came to the office months ago and it is February now". I even told them that my boyfriend would come in person to tell them to their face that he had been referred by me but the only thing the staff member could offer me is a TINY LIP BALM? I don't understand how today's date and the date of my boyfriend's first dentist appointment changes the fact of who referred him or not. IT DOESN'T. As someone who works in health care I have never been so irritated and disappointed with any health care provider. I highly recommend going elsewhere for your dental needs.

  I have been to quite a few dental offices and I have had the best experience by far at Olympic Village dental. The dentist is very efficient and has all the high-tech new equipment which really helps make all processes much easier and faster. The staff is all very thoughtful and personable especially Brenna at the front desk and the other dental technicians who do cleanings! I highly recommend this dental office:)
