  I was in the process of registering my car from QC in BC. I spent the last two weeks trying to get my registration/ insurance with this company, ended up going into the office 3 separate times and spoke on the phone with them several times. I was asked to pay a tax bill for several hundred dollars which I did with my credit card, only to be told their system had crashed, there was no way to refund me right away and asked me to pay again. They told me I was going to get my refund via cheque on a specific date which didn't arrive. I was so disappointed with their service that I decided to go elsewhere. The other company did everything for me in an hour and also told me I didn't have to pay my tax bill, saving me several hundred dollars (after providing additional documentation). A long story short I would never use this company.

  Called at 5:15pm to ask questions about renewing car insurance and changing the primary driver. Stated I was commuting from work and would arrive at 6:20pm. The person on the phone said come earlier. I asked why does a renewal take longer than 30 minutes? Only heard silence on the phone. I asked him if I should look elsewhere? The phone clicked. I was hung up on. Save your time and go to London Drugs at W Broadway and Vine if you need evening service. Open til 10pm there.
