- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I have been working with Jessie Wong on an off for more than two years. In that time we have worked a number of different muscle groups and functional movements. Jessie has an exceptional knowledge of a number of sports allowing her to understand the stresses on my body both at work, in the gym and on the field. What makes Jessie excellent is her goal to wean you off Physio so that you can self - maintain. While I still return for new issues there are a number of areas we no longer need to touch on. Since working with her, my posture has improved, the number of injuries I sustain during physical activity has been reduced or eliminated. In general my activities have been more successful and I have become much more aware of my body, in fact she helped overcome a significant running issue I had. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I have been seeing Kati for massage therapy for the past 4 months. She sure has a knack of making me hurt - and that's a good thing. Her approach is more about preventative care than being reactive to an injury - something that I haven't experienced with any other massage therapist before. The space is great and have tonnes of room to practice and demonstrate exercises. It's also very convenient for me to get to as my office is in Gastown. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I've been working with Jessie Wong now consistently for almost one year and I have been seeing tremendous results. What I like the most is that it's truly a one on one environment as I have been to other physiotherapist and they run around to multiple patients and leave me to do exercises on my own. She watches and correcta my former which I think is vital to reducing pain. Also what I really like is that she really cares about my results and takes inventory of how my progression is going. We've recently started IMS which is a form of acupuncture and that is accelerating my results. I see Jessie about 3 times per week (I'm lucky because my work covers unlimited amount of physio treatments) we do mobility exercises because I've never been able to touch my toes and now getting extremely close! Strengthening exercises as well to prevent pain. I highly recommend Jessie if you are looking for special one on one attention and want to learn how to reduce pain in your body and learn how to prevent it in the future.by David NguyenApril 19, 2017
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I have worked with Jessie for about half a year, and I can say she is so excellent in what she does! It was always fun and challenging during my sessions with her. When I feel like I'm doing an exercise incorrectly, without even saying a word, Jessie catches it and figures out what I'm doing wrong! After working with Jessie, I now feel stronger, has better posture, and learned how to breathe properly during exercises! I love that she was always so encouraging, I never felt terrible not being able to do an exercise because She would provide a modified version if she feels that I'm not ready for a more challenging one.
