  Horrible experience here. I was the only one in line and one cashier rudely said "I'll be with you in a moment." They made me wait alone in line while two of cashiers talked amongst themselves about non-work related issues. When the male cashier was finally ready to do his job and ring me through, he denied my request of making an emergency call on the empty phone next to him claiming "it's policy not to let you." I have seen them let others use their company phone before and didn't think it was a big deal, and being denied access to the phone is understandable, but the fact that he made me wait for over 2 minutes, then was rude to me and denied a simple request shows horrible customer service. Is it policy to talk to your co-worker when someone is waiting in line?
