  IMS treatment is like getting hit by a bus! But it works! and Tony makes the experience easier because of his gentle manner and his evident expertise which helps me relax (as much as one can during IMS treatment) throughout the process. I have a structural imbalance in my hips that causes my IT bands to tighten painfully when I do certain activities. Tony has given me hip strengthening exercises and now I only have to get IMS every 8 weeks or so. When I started seeing him I was going weekly!

  For the longest I have been visiting my chiropractor to keep my spine aligned. A few range sessions and a round of golf would be all it takes to undo that work and wreck my swing plane. I just played four rounds of golf in four days. I was still able to hit the ball relatively straight and maintain that swing plane. My hips, shoulders, neck , spine and all my back muscles were all feeling great still after the golf and a return flight home. I attribute this to the wonderful work that Colin has done for me.
