- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I saw Dr. Stefanakis regarding my chronic pain issues. He helped me get over the fear of the pain and gave me some excellent meditation audios, which I still use today. What I liked most about his methods was that he gave me actionable strategies that I could use to help myself. I learned something new at each visit, which helped me manage my pain instead of it managing me. I would highly recommend him to anyone!
