- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Dr. Kim is very knowledgeable and patient with my grumpy cat, but it's the counter staff that really earn this 5 star review. They've been more than helpful with my pending move to the US, spending several minutes carefully sorting the pertinent documents for easy reference by border officials and going through my disorganized old records to make sure my cat was up to date on all her vaccinations. Their pricing is more than fair, especially considering they're one of only two vet offices that I know of located in downtown Vancouver.
