  Front desk staff are rude and un enthused. Staff are different every time I come in and nobody seems to know my case history. I have been getting treatment for three years now most of which was at Dr Suzuki's previous location. I am now regularly told it will be a month untill I can schedule an appointment whereas I used to be able to come in the same day or at least the week that I needed to.

  Only one problem. They need to work a little harder at getting people in on time because I had an appointment at 2:00pm, but I didn't get in until 2:30pm, and there was only 1-2 people in the waiting room, usually.

  Worst service ever. Rotating orthos taking no responsibility for the person/case. Made mistakes, rude and now paying for work at a new place to repair a loose tooth they never noticed had an extremely short root. So disappointing as we gave them feedback many times to help them improve and just got worse over the years. We actually had a note to not see one of the orthos as they never read the chart and were so unprofessional. Very disappointed with this experience.
