  I have never written a review for a company before, but this insurance company is really the worst to deal with. I dread every year when I have to renew. It has taken three phone calls to actually get an advisor to call me back. Their customer service is poor at best. I recommend going with a different company just to save yourself the headache of having to deal with them.

  An average experience at best. I stopped by to get rental vehicle insurance. All I wanted was satisfactory coverage at the cheapest price, yet the employee was incredibly indirect and offered me a bunch of frivolous options that I wasn't interested in. It took a lot of effort to get the information and coverage I was looking for. Awkward customer service.

  Moving from California to BC, I had a relatively complicated time registering my car. During all this time Prashita was of great help. She was professional, patient, and kind. She called ICBC on my behalf numerous times and was always available to talk and explain. She worked hard until we resolved this issue. I am lucky to get into this office and to work with her.

  Stopped by near closing time on a snow day to register an out of province vehicle and two very nice ladies (forgotten their names) did an incredible job to get it sorted out. Probably one of the best insurance places I've been to in the greater Vancouver area. -Great job!
