- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The manager on 10th October 2017 was a chinese woman and she was so disrespectful trying to force me to buy insurance for someone elses place and the contents in which was worth nothing and did not belong to me. She was very rude and I would not recommend this place for home insurance. Very horrible experience. Westland should shut down this location or fire this manager. She was so rude to the staff also. She spoke terrible english and did not make me feel like a valued customer.by avi dinJuly 10, 2017
