- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Shamed me out of applying for PWD designation in 2010, causing me to suffer through five more years of underemployment & poverty through debilitating ocular migraines until I finally suffered a mental breakdown and had absolutely no other choice in 2015.
